Mainland UK delivery (exc. Northern Ireland) is £1.95 per order and worldwide delivery to anywhere outside of this is £20 per order. Please note, you are responsible for the payment of any taxes or charges incurred for the delivery in your country.

Please allow 2-4 working days for original paintings to be packaged and shipped. Once shipped, UK orders for original paintings will be sent via the Royal Mail Special Delivery service so should arrive the next working. day. Worldwide deliveries will be sent with the Royal Mail International Tracked service which aims to take 3-7 working days (depending on location). Please note, we cannot be held responsible for any delays once your order has been shipped. Fine Art prints are printed to order so please allow slightly longer for your order to be despatched. Prints are sent via Royal Mail 1st Class post or the appropriate worldwide delivery service.

You will be given an estimate of how long your commission will take before you pay the deposit to confirm your order. Commissions do take priority in Helen's work list, but times will vary depending on how many commissions are already in the diary. If you require your commission for a certain date, please do let us know and we will always do our best to accommodate your request.
